As a UX Designer, I turn research into thoughtful, engaging digital experiences. I’ve led heuristic analyses across a wide range of e-commerce industries, with a strong focus on accessibility and WCAG AA/AAA standards. But I see heuristics as a starting point, not the finish line. Because I often uncover user friction firsthand through research, I’m able to translate those insights directly into intentional design decisions that improve clarity, flow, and usability. I’ve contributed to full website redesigns across desktop and mobile, building design systems, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that balance structure with visual energy. I’m especially passionate about making complex information feel intuitive (and even fun) through hierarchy, interaction, and thoughtful visual storytelling.
